"Started off hopeful, ended up disappointed"
At first I was actually excited to try it and thought the benefits would make a real difference. But after using it for a while, I just sat there like… wait, that’s it? The benefits felt kind of useless, and my opinion changed fast once I realized I wasn’t really getting much out of it...

I used courtsite to check out a badminton venue before booking, and it just felt straightforward right away. "Not Great If You’re Counting on Rentals"
Booked a court thinking I could just rent rackets and balls there, but surprise surprise, they were already out. The staff hit me with the “limited stock” explanation, which is fair enough, I guess, but still annoying. If you’re expecting to show up and grab gear on-site, don’t trust the equipment fairy to have your back.

The mobile site does work, but just a heads up, the pages load slowly. It’s usable, but if you’re in a hurry, it can get a bit frustrating. Definitely something to keep in mind before relying on it...

I’ve had a good experience overall because the courts are usually available when I want to play. I don’t like wasting time waiting around, so it’s nice that I can typically show up and get a game in without too much hassle.

"Refund came through after a few days"
I had to cancel my court booking last week and was a bit nervous about whether the refund would actually come back. It didn’t show up right away, so I waited a couple of days and checked my card again. By around the third or fourth day, the money was back. Support did reply once in the meantime, which helped a little. Overall, it worked fine and felt reliable, just not the fastest refund process.

"Vague promises didn’t make me feel safe"
I got all the way to the payment page, but it made me nervous. There were a lot of vague promises about things being secure or easy, but not enough clear info to actually make me feel comfortable putting in my card details. I ended up backing out before paying.

I booked through courtsite my first impression was good. The place felt clean the moment we arrived, and the court floor didn’t have that dusty feeling some places have. There wasn’t any weird smell around either, which made the whole session more comfortable for me. I also noticed the toilets were kept in decent condition, and that’s something I personally pay attention to a lot. The benches and waiting area were tidy too. It’s not a fancy place, but in my opinion, it gets the basics right, clean, comfortable, and nice enough to play at. I’d book again.

I used courtsite.my to look for a badminton court nearby the location was spot on. The Google Maps pin took me straight there, so I didn’t have to call anyone or ask for directions. I was a bit unsure at first because sometimes these things show the wrong place, but this one was fine. Saved me some time and made it less stressful before the game.

I had a small issue with my booking, so I messaged their support team. They got back to me quicker than I thought they would and helped get it sorted out. It wasn’t totally perfect since I did have to explain the situation twice, but it was still better than... Overall, a good experience and I’d use them again

"Court booking was fine, but the place needs work"
Booked a court through courtsite.my and the booking part was smooth, no issue there. But the court itself was kinda meh. The floor felt dusty and a bit slippery, and some of the lines were already faded. Lighting on one side wasn’t great either, so playing properly was a bit sus. Overall, booking was okay, but the court condition really needs better upkeep.

"I liked that the prices were right…"
I liked that the prices were right there before I booked, like I didn’t have to click around forever or guess what the total would be. that stuff matters because surprise fees are the worst. Everything stayed straightforward, which was nice, and by the time I finished booking I wasn’t sitting there wondering if some random extra charge was going to pop up later

Not gonna lie, I used courtsite.my because of the promo. The price was better than usual, though the savings weren’t exactly huge. Booking went smoothly overall, but I do wish the offer details were clearer before checkout.
